Student Organizations

The Cornell Group of the Association for Preservation Technology is dedicated to advancing the application of technology to the conservation of the built environment.

The Cornell Design & Planning Club is an interdisciplinary academic collective encompassing diverse disciplines, fields, studies, and interests.

The International Planning Student Association (IPSA) is a forum for learning, discussing, and exploring international planning issues in a diversity of contexts.

The Minority Organization of Architecture, Art, and Planning (MOAAP) addresses the academic, social, and policy issues that impact students of color in AAP.

The Organization of Cornell Planners presents student concerns and ideas to the faculty. It arranges seminars, receptions, and special events, such as a grant-writing workshop and internship preparation seminar.
The Organization of Urban and Regional Studies is formed for undergraduates within Urban and Regional Studies. Although this organization has members who are Cornell University students, the organization is independent of the University.
The Preservation Studies Student Organization (PSSO) promotes historic preservation education and advocacy efforts throughout the Cornell community and the wider preservation profession.
The Women's Planning Forum plays host to alumnae in the field and sponsors career workshops. It arranges seminars, receptions, and special events, such as a grant-writing workshop and internship preparation seminar.
