1. Most major browsers, such as Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Opera, support the video stream. If you use Internet Explorer (IE) you will likely need to install or enable a plug-in before you can view the stream. Please consider using an alternative browser if IE is giving you trouble.
If you are using IE and do not see the stream the webcam should prompt you to install or enable the ActiveX plug-in with the following message:
2. The webcam supports a maximum of 20 simultaneous feeds, meaning that no more than 20 people can be looking at the camera at any given time. Please try back again shortly."AXIS Media Control which enables streaming video in Microsoft Internet Explorer, has not been installed or could not be registered on this computer. To install or upgrade the AXIS Media Control, you must have Administration rights on this computer and you must answer Yes when asked if you wish to allow the installation."
