Milstein Hall to feature interplay between sustainability and design

Paul Milstein Hall will incorporate a 24,000-square-foot green roof, floor-to-ceiling glass facades for natural light, and chilled beams in the ceiling to cool the three-level structure. The sustainable design of the project will allow Milstein Hall to achieve a 31 percent reduction in energy costs, exceeding national standards for new construction. [Full story]
