Pricing and Paper Types
Printing on the 4800s
Pricing is set at $2.00 per square foot, for example, a 8.5"x11" would be $1.30. The minimum print can be no less than 6" (length and width). These printers are setup with auto billing software giving you the ability to print any time on your own. Money is added to your account (non-refundable) via Bursar or personal check and automatically deducted each time you print.

 

Note: We do not supply paper for the 4800s. You can purchase your own at the Cornell Store or at online stores such as Parrot.

 

Printing on the 9600s

Prices are generated by the inch with a minimum of 11" (length). Paper is supplied (see paper list below) and prints must be paid in full via Bursar or personal check at time of pickup. A comprehensive pricing chart 9600s can be found here (.xls).

We have the following papers available for the 9600s:

  • German Etching (Special Pre-Order Only)
Textured matte, 35" x 46.75" sheets, often used in intaglio processes.

  • Epson Textured Fine Art
Textured matte, often used in lithography. (44" width)

  • Epson Smooth Fine Art
Smooth matte, high print quality. (44" width)

  • Epson Doubleweight Matte
Matte poster paper, low print quality. (44" width)

  • Epson Canvas
65% polyester and 35% cotton canvas, can be stretched. (44" width)

  • Azon Film
Clear film, slightly textured, often used in lithography. (36" width)

  • Pictorico Film
Clear film, glossy, often used for contact prints in photography. (24" width)

  • Epson Premium Glossy Photo
High gloss photo paper, excellent print quality. (44" width)

  • Epson Premium Luster Photo
Luster photo paper, excellent print quality. (44" width)
