AAP Dates and Deadlines

Students in the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning are not required to meet with their faculty advisers during the three-week add-and-drop period.

Any student who is not enrolled in courses by the end of the third week may not be allowed to add courses, and may be de-registered by the University Registrar.

Fall 2008	Spring 2009
August 27 - September 19 Courses may be added and dropped without petition.	January 15 - February 6 Courses may be added and dropped without petition.
September 19 Last day to change grade option (letter grade to S/U or S/U to letter grade) and credit hours for variable credit courses.	February 6 Last day to change grade option (letter grade to S/U or S/U to letter grade) and credit hours for variable credit courses.
After September 19 Courses may be added only be approved petition.	After February 6 Courses may be added only by approved petition.
September 19 - October 17 Elective courses may be dropped.	February 6 - March 6 Elective courses may be dropped.
After October 17 Courses may be dropped only by approved petition. All courses dropped after this date will appear on the official transcript with a notation of "W".	After March 6 Courses may be dropped only by approved petition. All courses dropped after this date will appear on the official transcript with a notation of "W".
