The Office of Advising and Diversity (OAD) is committed to advising students with both academic and social issues. We provide a host of academic and extra-curricular opportunities. We will also assist in helping increase the enrollment and retention of students from under-represented groups such as African American, Hispanic/Latino/a, Native American, and others.
We encourage the development of the next generation of professionals and help them become world class citizens with global perspectives. We provide AAP students with academic, career, and leadership opportunities so they may thoroughly explore their chosen interests in architecture, art, and planning. Additionally, we encourage and advocate on behalf of AAP students for off-campus programs in Rome, New York City, Washington, DC, the and in as many different countries as possible.
The resources available to AAP students through OAD include individual counseling, internship and scholarship opportunities, mentoring programs, and a pre-freshman summer program.
