Computer generated hotel room model for a hotel sited at the intersection of College Avenue and Dryden Road, Fall 2005. The hotel, because it took the place of an abandoned deli on the site, was designed using “vacancy” as a guiding concept. The different volumes in each room are sheared against one another to give the idea that they are moving and leaving usable space behind.
