“Keepers of the Geometry,” an essay by Yanni Loukissas, visiting lecturer in the architecture department, has recently been published as part of a collection of essays in Simulation and its Discontents by Sherry Turkle. The book examines the phenomena of how the technologies of simulation and visualization have changed the way people view the world and approach their workplaces. Loukissas’s essay focuses on information technologies and professional identity in architecture offices.
