I have more than one reason to feel fortunate to be a staff member at Cornell, and in the Department of City and Regional Planning /AAP College in particular. First and foremost is getting the respect and appreciation for who I am and what I do. I try to anticipate the needs of the CRP faculty and students, and go the extra mile to fix any problems that may arise, as well as being available to people for questions, assistance, and general coordination of projects.

One of the perks I get as an IT person is to be the first to experience and enjoy the latest computer technology that the AAP College makes available to its community. From my position as a tech support staff member, I can see that this group of administrators, faculty and staff do everything possible to ensure that our students are getting their college years’ worth, by providing them with the knowledge, experience and the tools needed for success.
